Q. What are your cupcake minimum order amounts?
A. All online cupcake orders have a minimum order size of 12.

Q. How much do your cupcakes cost?
A. Classic cupcakes are $3 and Deluxe cupcakes are $3.50

Q. What is a Deluxe cupcake?
A. For the extraordinary occasion when something extraordinary is the order of the day, we offer a line of deluxe cupcakes that can be filled with a variety of ganache or preserves, and are topped with designs using pastilage sugar paste. Highly recommended. 

Q. How long will my cupcakes stay fresh?
A. Cupcakes stored at room temperature in an airtight container should stay fresh for around 3 days.

Q. Are your cupcakes gluten and allergen free?
A. Sugarheads cupcakes are made with butter, eggs, milk and wheat flour. Many of our recipes also include nuts. 

Q. What is your delivery fee?
A.  There is a $10 delivery fee within the Comox Valley; to Campbell River $20.

Q. I would like to have a cupcake tower at our wedding but I would also like to have a cake to cut; can you make me a small tier for cutting?
A. We appreciate the importance of tradition and are certainly happy to create a small cake.

Q. How much notice do you require for an order?
A. Because our cupcakes are custom made to order and baked fresh daily, in order to avoid disappointment, we recommend you place your order 48 hours before you would like the cupcakes to arrive. However for weddings and larger events, we recommend a minimum of 2 weeks advanced notice.  

Q. How can I pay for my Sugarheads cupcakes?
A. We accept cash and cheque.
